  怪味花生油酥饼

  原料:

  面粉220g、花生油30g、花生酱2大勺、麻辣花生20g、水适量(热水和冷水的比例为3:1)。

  做法:

  1、用刀将麻辣花生细心切碎,颗粒尽量小;

  2、剩余的面粉中加入两大勺花生酱;

  3、倒入花生碎;

  4、花生油烧热,倒入碗中;

  5、趁热搅拌均匀,作为油酥待用;

  6、取160g面粉放入盆中,一边加水一边搅拌;

  7、直至面粉成为大块雪片状;

  8、用手揉成光滑面团,盖上保鲜膜,饧半小时;

  9、饧好的面团重新揉圆,等分为四份;

  10、取其中一份,擀成长方形薄片,均匀涂抹一层油酥;

  11、从长边方向卷起,成为圆柱形,再用双手一边顺,一边轻轻拉长;

  12、拉至粗细均匀后,从一端卷起,卷成蜗牛形,将末端收于底部;

  13、按扁,擀成0.5cm厚的饼坯;

  14、锅中刷一层油,放入饼坯,以小火慢慢烙;

  15、烙至一面金黄,翻面,将另一面也烙至变色即可。
