  菠菜、猪肉、香葱、生姜、馄饨皮、莴笋叶、鸡蛋、香葱

  【包馄饨】

  1.先处理菠菜,菠菜切5mm小段,放一些盐,杀出水分;

  2.把菠菜的水分挤干,菠菜水可弃之或另作他用;

  3.同时把猪肉剁碎、生姜切末、香葱切碎;

  4.开始拌馅儿,放入20ml香油,15ml生抽,放入适量的盐;

  5.开始包馄饨,买的馄饨皮,所以必须有一碗水,因为捏紧处要沾水才会比较牢靠。

  【煮馄饨】

  1.2根莴笋叶子、1个鸡蛋、一点香葱;

  2.鸡蛋摊成蛋皮,再切粗条;

  3.架锅煮热水;

  4.水开倒入馄饨;

  5.馄饨快熟时,再加入莴笋叶子;

  6.最后放上蛋皮和香葱即可。
