燕麦仁糯米粥

  做法:燕麦仁与红糯米分别浸泡1晚。葡萄干用温水洗干净。燕麦仁与红糯米放入锅内,加水煮开后转小火。半小时后加入葡萄干同煮,继续煮半小时至糯米开花粘稠。调入蜂蜜。
