  豆腐杂蔬丸子

原料:老豆腐、生姜、葱、胡萝卜、包菜、盐、鸡蛋、白胡椒粉。

  做法:

  1、把豆腐碾成末,最好用纱布包住,既可挤出多余水份,又可让豆腐末更细腻;

  2、葱取前面葱白部分,切成末,生姜磨成末;

  3、胡萝卜去皮切成末、包菜切碎末后加入白胡椒粉拌匀;

  4、加入鸡蛋和盐再搅拌均匀;

  5、油锅六成热时,把豆腐馅团成乒乓球大小,沿成锅边下入锅中炸;

  6、看到丸子稍成形,用漏勺推动下,让其都均匀受热,颜色也更均匀,炸至金黄色时即可捞出沥油。
