煎蒸银鳕鱼

主料:鳕鱼

辅料:葱、姜、香菜

调料:盐、味精、酱油、料酒、胡椒粉、白糖

烹制方法:
1、将鳕鱼的水分用纸巾吸干,两面沾匀淀粉,锅中加少许油,下入葱姜丝,加酱油、料酒、白糖、胡椒粉、味精,少许清水煮半分钟制成料汁备用;
2、平锅中加少许油,将鳕鱼放入煎至两面微黄,取出再用大火蒸3分钟,出锅淋上料汁,撒入葱姜丝、香菜,浇少许热油即可。

特点:肉质鲜嫩,鲜咸适口。
