莼菜鲫鱼汤

主料:莼菜

辅料:鲫鱼


  调料:盐、胡椒粉、料酒


  烹制方法:


  1、将鲫鱼洗净,放入锅中,加料酒煮至鱼表面微熟时将鱼皮去掉备用;


  2、坐锅点火倒油,放入鲫鱼煎制上色,烹入料酒,冲适量开水,加入葱段、姜片,大火煮至汤色奶白,调入盐、胡椒粉,加莼菜炖熟即可。
