红烧海参

主料:海参(900克)

辅料:淀粉(玉米)(15克)

调料:胡椒粉(15克) 大葱(20克) 姜(5克) 黄酒(15克) 酱油(45克) 冰糖(15克) 盐(5克) 香油(10克) 姜汁(8克)

做法:
 
1. 将葱洗净切段,与姜、酒,水煮开锅后放入刺参烫5分钟;

2. 捞出刺参,去五脏洗净;

3. 将炒锅烧热,放刺参,再放入高汤600毫升、酱油、冰糖、盐、香油、味精、姜汁炒香;

4. 滚锅后加盖焖煮至汤汁剩一半时,淋入用淀粉调的芡汁,兜匀盛盘,撒上胡椒粉即可
