玫瑰榛蘑炖鱼头

主料:鱼头

辅料:春笋、五花肉、榛蘑、干玫瑰花、葱、姜、蒜

调料:盐、味精、白糖、酱油、醋、料酒、大料、花椒粉

烹制方法:

1、将鱼头放入锅中煎至两面金黄取出,锅中加油,下入花椒、大料煸香,放入葱姜蒜煸至金黄,加春笋、榛蘑、熟五花肉片和肉汤,调入酱油、胡椒粉、料酒、醋、白糖,将鱼头放入,加少许干玫瑰花,炖20分钟左右;

2、将炖好的鱼头和菜取出装盘,面条煮至八成熟捞出过凉,用油拌一下晾干后煎至两面金黄,放入鱼汤中略煮,加味精出锅放在鱼头边即可。

特点:口感鲜浓,风味独特。
