白菜馅蒸饺

主料:面粉

辅料:澄面、肉馅、白菜、葱、姜

调料:盐、味精、白糖、胡椒粉、香油

烹制方法:
1、取面粉加入少许澄面拌匀,加少许盐,用60度左右的温水调开,和成面团醒发片刻备用;
2、猪肉末中加入少许水、盐、味精、白糖、胡椒粉、料酒、葱姜末搅拌均匀,加入挤干水分的白菜末、香油、食用油拌匀制成馅备用;
3、将面团取出包入馅制成不同形状的饺子,蒸熟即可。
